Bee notes....
Girls...a nice bee on a cold, cold night. Lois, Consuelo, Lori, Cathy and myself. Thanks for hosting us, Cath. Mare is doing well....got the full update from Consuelo. In other bee girls news - Pam got a new job at Beebe Medical Center - yay, Pam! Congrats - and well-deserved! Scott is recovering from shingles - oy. Lori had just come from the ER - her mom was admitted to Riddle. She had fallen on Saturday and hurt her back. Hopefully they'll do a procedure today to fix her up. We talked about a date for the Quiltmama Christmas soiree - how about Sunday, December 28th - in the afternoon? LA - Consuelo has offered to host if you are busy with visiting family. We don't want you to be stressed. Cathy offered too. If everyone could please let us know ASAP if that date works, it would be appreciated. Lois had a great Thanksgiving...Sean didn't make it because of snow but George's cousins and Scott came.
UPDATE: LA can't make it on that Sunday afternoon. She said she'd talked with someone about maybe having it after New Year's - maybe Friday, January 2?
Now to the show & tell....
This is Lois quilt top made from the signature blocks at Sean's wedding - so pretty!
Consuelo's quilt for Patrick Jones - free motion quilted...pretty colors
And this is the back - wow! Patrick picked it out - and it's fleece!
Thanks - it was nice to see you gals. We missed those who weren't there. Hopefully we'll see each other before Christmas. Peace....
