Sultry Morning Greetings!
57 cucumbers later...!?!?!? This morning is "Operation Chili Dill" here @ Mt. Pleasant!!! The pickle making process is underway. : ) Jingle & I were out this morning to harvest fresh dill too! The garden has been prolific, even this early in our season! I think the composter & fence have made a BIG difference...?!
Stay tuned, stay cool & I'll look forward to seeing you @ Bee this evening!!!

Pam--
I'm so glad you mentioned your cucumbers and pickling. Johnny has become interested in planting and is growing a few tomato plants, green beans and cucumbers. It looks like he may have alot of cucumbers and I told him that I thought you pickled them and I would ask you!! I'll talk to you about them tonight!!
Stay cool!!
Mmmm, I don't think Scott would go for "Mrs. Vlasic." : ) I made 14 quarts of Chili Dills & had a bit leftover. This is WAY early for me, I don't usually have enough cucumbers until August. @ this rate, I may have enough cucumber this year to make Bread 'n Butter pickles too. I haven't made those in years! Good for Johnny!!! Thats AWESOME! ; ) See you guys tonight. Be-e cool, Pam
