Hey girls....please check out the blog to the right - Craft Nectar - 'the friends every maker needs'. It's almost like she wrote about us! It's amazing how a group of diverse women come together, drawn by a similar hobby - but with very different tastes and strengths in that hobby - to support and encourage each other to stretch, try new things and be confident in our work. Cheers to us! Don't you just love that dessert tray quilt......looks like it would be a fun challenge, maybe? What do you think - everyone do a different dessert and we can put them all together? Just a thought....enjoy the weekend....piece.....

Aunt LA - congrats...hope all is well. Olivia is a big girl. Jean - that was a really nice posting. It certainly does represent how the QM's are. Hope everyone stays dry and have a great weekend.
WELCOME baby Olivia!!! : )
LA, congratulations to your sister and family ! How exciting.
Liked the Craft Nectar blog. The desserts looked so real---really amazing.
Let's here it for the girls!!! Congrats Auntie LA. Sorry I missed bee Mamas. Matt's going to have CCD on Wednesdays this year so I'll bee in absenscia (?) for a while. Maybe God's punishing me for not getting the Fruity Pebbles :( Anyone interested in a sewing day this month? Bill's away on the 26th so I can play....as long as it's home. Let me know if you're interested. Went to the Rascal Flatts concert last night with Mar. Stood in the rain and listened to alot of songs about trucks, beer, dogs and NASCAR. Thank God for Darius Rucker. Only kidding. I enjoyed the show immensely and was especially pleased with the R&B played during intermission, along with an amazing rendition of Purple Rain by Darius. If country can do Prince I'll think I just might stick around a bit. Enjoy the day girlfriends...
