Ugh......Monday.....

Ladies.....hope you had a nice weekend. Mare - did all those women trash your house? Dolores - how are your four days alone going? I'm afraid I'm going to have to take back my offer to host on Wednesday - so far there is track practice, a possible softball game, Kelly has to be picked up at Merion Mercy at 7:30 PM and we have to drop off one of the cars to be serviced on Thursday morning. OY! Stop this thing...can I get off? Just kidding.....but I was actually happy to see the rain this morning.....two softball games may be cancelled today. I know they'll be rescheduled but a little breather tonight would be nice. Sorry for the whining. Back to our regularly scheduled quilting talk - Pam - the quilt you made for Joanna was just beautiful! I like the words quilted in - what a nice idea. Lori - the towels were really cute too. The designers from Among the Gum Trees - over on the left - they're starting a week of Mother's Day gift ideas.....I'm hoping for some inspiration! Two of the four student quilts are completed, the third needs the binding sewed down and the fourth needs to be layered and quilted (I've decided to pillowcase it) - the deadline is Thursday - whew! Thanks for all your help in Lancaster picking out fabrics. Have a nice rainy day - the plants and flowers are happy! Piece......
