Happy Belated....

National Quilt Day. It was yesterday....hope you did something 'quilty'. We had a nice time at the quilt show. Pam - did you go on Friday? There were some beautiful quilts, lots of vendors and a very nice exhibit of Karen Kay Buckley's quilts. Lori was very restrained in her purchases- a yard of fabric and some thread, Dolores got some beautiful fabric bundles, batting and some thread she was looking for, I got one of those 5 yds fabric bundles and a cute pattern/kit from Traditions at the White Swan - happy to see them there. Lois did very well - she got a lovely quilt stand, a cute stitchery pattern, some batting and an adorable pattern to make her first quilt for the stand. I may have forgotten some things.....it was a terrific day and a good warm-up for the Lancaster weekend. Mare - what's going on with you? Maureen - how did the auction go? Cath - hope you got to relax a little bit and celebrate your birthday. LA - nice to see you briefly last night - hope you aren't crushed with sports just yet.
