Possibly one of the most delicious meals of all time!!! Thanks to Cathy and Mike for their wonderful hospitality. So many contented sighs during the evening......lots of laughs and nice to catch with everyone. A perfect kickoff to summer......and we'll have a sewing day coming up at Consuelo's to get Maude out into the light. Mike - if you'd like to share any or all recipes, that would be much appreciated.
