Sew fun....

Girls.....such a nice time sewing yesterday! Thanks to Cathy for her wonderful hospitality! So sorry I forgot my camera. Cathy had a few finished quilts for show & tell. She finished the ones from the last bee - the red, white and blue string quilt, both of the cute baby quilts and she had two more baby quilts completed - with tumblers. So productive! Cathy was working on a neat variation of pinwheel type blocks....lots of pinning but it'll go quickly with chain piecing. Lois had her little crab quilt all finished. Nicely done! Lois was working on some pretty basket blocks - hand stitching the handles. She had her pictures from Florida and some of the latest of the two cuties in Seattle. Donovan is a baseball player and Ainsley is a ballerina! Lori was working on the sailboat blocks for John - it's his Father's Day IOU. I finished two t-shirt quilts for Kelly for graduation last Friday. Yesterday I did June's sunshine block of the month block - and finally put together the Bunny Hill BOM blocks from three? years ago.....oy! Time flies. Mare stopped by for a bit. She's heading to Germany on Sunday to visit Jimmy - and Paris and Rome! Maureen also popped in on her way home at lunchtime. She's glad to be finished all the graduation parties/festivities for Chris and his friends.  We missed those who weren't there. Hope everyone is well. Put this date on your calendars, ladies......Thursday, July 5th - desserts at Applebee's around 8:30 PM or so. We're heading out tomorrow to Florida - Mickey, sunshine, Harry Potter and boat drinks - not necessarily in the order!!! Take care......see y'all soon. Piece!
