Bee doings.....

Howdy - a very nice bee at Cathy's last night! So cool and pleasant sitting in her family room. We missed those who weren't there. It was nice to catch up. We got the details from Sean and Lacey's wedding - the handmade invitations were awesome! Peggy has been so busy since school ended. She and Leigh Anne were both at Knoebel's last week - and had a great time. We decided on a few items....next Thursday, July 10th, we're going to sew at Brookline Fire house - at 3:30. We figured we would order pizza for dinner. If you want to bring snackies - and your favorite beverage, please do.  The 'Sew and not Swim' will be at Maureen's on Sunday, August 17th at 10. As that is two days after our Dolores' birthday - do we want to start later and just go to the Lamb from there for dinner? Just a thought....let me know....or we can make it another date. Lots of vacations coming up for the mamas. We had some nice show & tell last night too.....

Cathy made this for a friend of her Mom's.The colors are so pretty - and the flannel back feels great.

Cathy made another alphabet top - for a future baby quilt. So cute!

Lois made this beauty for a relative.

I got this pattern from Shiny Happy World....easy to make. His name is Milo!

I crocheted a second rug - wanted to try a rectangular one. I like it....went fairly quickly.

That's the roundup.....hope you're all staying cool on this sweltering day. Hope to see you next week at the Firehouse. Peace.....
