Swear word.....

Oy! Seven rows, 5 blocks in each......laid it out on Sunday - fooled with it for quite a while to avoid same fabrics next to each other. Tonight - finally got to start sewing the rows together.....listening to the Phils game, sewing my rows. Now, start to put the rows together.....hmmmm.....seems to be quite a few similar fabrics next to each other.....after sewing the fourth row on, I  finally looked closely at the rows. I had turned all the blocks 90 degrees counter-clockwise......insert swear word!! Unsew the four rows....now to unsew each of the 35 blocks......luckily, the Phils tied it up in the ninth....extra innings and I'm still unsewing. Finally got them all done - the Phils lost in the 12th. Double swear word - I'm going to bed. I'll try again tomorrow - and so will the Phillies. Piece.......

Jean, I feel your pain. I hate when that happens. On a brighter note, we will be at Citizens Bank park tomorrow to see the Phillies try again. It's an afternoon game...should be a nice day.
I made a wall hanging for my Mom to give as a gift this Saturday. I would like the Mamas to see it. Anyone up for bee on Thursday? I know it's Holy Thursday but thought it still might work out...Let me know.

Like visiting the family or the in-laws....once you accept that it has to be done...there's an almost zen-like quality.....non-thinking, just repetitive, monotonous, sheep-like activity....so it wasn't so bad. Lori - can't come on Thursday - Kelly wants to go to Mass. If you want to send me a digital picture, I'll post it on the blog. Pam - sorry I don't have that ruler. Have a fantastic easter egg hunt with Rocco. So cool......happy easter to all the mamas!!! Piece....
