Pam....this is way cool! We can keep a quiltmamas gallery - posting pictures of our show&tell! The magnetic stars link - is that the lady who made the stars in your kitchen? The website is cool - I loved everything. Do they carry them in that store down in MD? I'll have to get there on vacation - thanks for your offer of OCMD info - that would be great! I'm working my way through the other links, etc. Thanks for providing so much information so handily. The trip on Thursday was an absolute blast! So many laughs. I do have your newspapers and will drop them by your house over the weekend. Everyone got such nice fabrics - such an array of colors and tastes. Leigh Anne - it was a treat to watch you shop. You are too young for a hot flash but you came mighty close in the Hayloft. I think another trip to both there and the Windmill is called for in July - Dolores suggested a monthly excursion - here, here! One of the more colorful quotes of the day and a firm part of Quiltmama lore:

Dolores walks in from working all day and her son, Ryan, says, 'I'm starving, what's for dinner?' She responds, 'I am under no legal obligation to feed you - you are over 18. You're on your own!' Hooray for Dolores and mothers of college kids everywhere! The mental picture of Lois and George returning home one night and their dog wearing her underwear on his head is still making me chuckle. You ladies are such a hoot! Hope everyone has a lovely day and weekend. Is Boonie Barb coming down this week? We can have bee whatever night suits if she is - the only night I have basketball is Monday - I can host any other night. Let me know.....piece

I'm all for a monthly trek to the fabric Mecca & the Windmill!!! Great suggestion, Dolores!

No, Boonie Barb is not coming this week. It looks like she'll be coming the day after we return from Alaska.

Yes, the magnetic star link, is in fact, the lady who made the stars in our kitchen. Fun!? : ) Yes, the little shop in Berlin carries her work.
